Advice To a High-Schooler Desiring to Work at Tesla

Advice To a High-Schooler Desiring to Work at Tesla This report give an answer to the question of how to get a job at Tesla.

What advice would you give a high-schooler who aspires to work for Tesla and make a career at Tesla? This video is solid advice to young people and high school students who want to build electric cars at Tesla and land on a job at Tesla.

"I’d like to work in the engineering field in some way or another, but I’m not really sure where to start to become qualified for a career with Tesla so I’m looking for anywhere I can find it. Any advice is appreciated" wrote one high school student on Reddit Tesla.

Another user named Scot, who claims to work as a manufacturing engineer at Tesla, gave some great advice to this high school student, which I am sharing here in this video report.

Some of the advice for getting a job at Tesla is to study hard, learn some programing language, try to get a degree in engineering, join engineering clubs in your schools, try to get a job elsewhere and build a portfolio before applying to Tesla and don't get discouraged if you don't hear from Tesla on your job application immediately.

"Try really hard to get internships and/or co-ops! They are super-duper helpful in a wide variety of ways" writes Scot.

"The last thing I'd say is to be persistent. I applied to probably fifty different roles here before I even got a callback. Persistence is the biggest thing an individual can do to improve their odds of success getting in here, and succeeding while you're here," advises Scot.
