Can two walk together except they agree?
How can a mortal man #walk with an immortal God? The need for the marriage between mortality and immortality, which is #salvation— man receiving the #life of God.
The heart of man #longs for immortality, which is only available in Christ. The cross and resurrection removed everything that was blocking the way to the truth and life.
“Because God’s children are human beings—made of flesh and blood—the Son also became flesh and blood. (Why ) For only as a human being could he die, and only by dying could he break the power of the devil, who had the power of death. Only in this way could he set free all who have lived their lives as slaves to the fear of dying.” Hebrews 2:14-15 NLT
He became flesh and blood so that he can release humans who had lived all their lives under the fear of dying, his death broke the power of the devil who had the power of death. Because of redemption man can now approach God and receive life and live forever.
As long as the #resurrection and #life is #in you death has lost his hold on you.
