Caribbean fried bread, No Yeast. Locally known as Johnny cakes This fluffy fried bread can be eaten at any time of the day.
It is very easy to make even if you don't have a food processor.
Serve with dutch cheese, salt fish or any type of salad.

Here are the ingredients:
500 grams All purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons butter
250 ml milk or water (I prefer using milk)
