According to the latest situation report by the Health Ministry, a total of 312 cases in Singapore have been classified as unlinked. Prof Teo Yik Ying, dean of the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, discusses this means and whether the circuit breaker should be extended past May 4. Prof Teo also says we may see encouraging results in 10 to 14 days if we adhere to the circuit breaker measures and more stringent safe distancing.
