Marketplace Ln. Railroad Crossing Activate & Time Out Malfunction, Rancho Cordova CA

While I was watching the UP West Sac Port Local freight train was down the tracks departing Schnitzer Steel after switching to the runaround siding track at Nimbus, the Marketplace Lane Railroad Crossing had an activation and time out malfunction. This is the second time in month the UP track this way has been used and for some reason when the UP freight track up this way isn't used for a while then is used the first runs cause this crossing to malfunction and have early activations also. Both usually go away when the track is used weekly again.
