Hey guys this is a video of the basics about football/soccer juggling for beginners and amateurs and even pros ;). I really do promise and guarantee that you can juggle to 100 or even 1000.
You just need to put in the work. A tip about being consistent is not doing so much at once. You will burn yourself out. 10 minutes a day, but consistent will get you very far.
Football juggling is very important. It allows you to be more confident and comfortable on the ball.
My favourite quote is by Andrea Pirlo, "Football is played with the head. Your feet are just tools". Juggling is definitely a great way to sharpen your tools.
Throughout my video I add drills and very valuable tips that i have learnt through my journey.
