People on the receiving end of the most criminal and corrupt policing system employed in Australia today, have worked tirelessly in order to crack the system that has handed such a tyrannical master servant style of power over to such a brutal style of policing. What police forget is that for every brutal act that such a police officer may carry out, it is a violation of article 4 of the international Lieber Code, that governs the conduct of the armed force against the unarmed. You may notice that no "legal" action can be taken against such brutal officers by its citizens because what Whitlam did in 1973, by signing Australia (Corporate Australia) over to the UNIDROIT Treaty of Rome, subjecting Australian "citizens" to the "foreign" private contract law system of Rome, enforced this ability of Corporate police, to assume such a new found Master Servant style of policing system, over the Australian people.
This system came in in order to strengthen and to uphold the powers of a private foreign banking system, alien to the people of Australia, and one good reason why the David John Walter, case was closed down before the matter could reach an end, was because David was exposing the legal changes and the people behind such changes, that have slowly taken place since 1966, and naming such political people involved in this secret foreign take over of the mineral and energy wealth of Australia by foreign banking interests, aided and abetted by some "Australians" as well as their private corporate army disguised as State and Federal Police!...
David Walters went on to warn the Magistrate that it was his duty to warn police officers of the possible charges of treason that each and every officer could face if such a foreign banking takeover, aided by such people in government, became known to the masses. He also pointed out in the court, for the record, that police officers no longer held identification signed by the commissioner of police, rendering all police as "unauthorised" and standing individually and not as any part of any lawfully registered organization as evidenced by DUN & BRADSTREET, whereas, state police are registered as: "Non Organizations" rendering such a police force as nothing more than a foreign gang, with no lawful ability, leaving them as a foreign organized criminal terrorist force acting for and on behalf of a private foreign banking entity, rendering each and every Australian that have become involved with such a foreign takeover, such as police officers, committing treason against the People of Australia.
It was also evident that Australian people became "citizens' of such a foreign entity because such a foreign bank registered their corporate name as: "THE COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA" to the foreign: UNITED STATES SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION , being a form of "passing off" a foreign company that looks and acts like an Australian, but is in fact not Australian at all. Australians fell for this dirty grammatical trick in the millions.
This research has been conducted by good caring concerned Australian people that were on the receiving end of the brutality of the foreign armed private banking entities, passing themselves off as Australian police that are involved in taking over Australia on behalf of a foreign entity that they serve and such people that have research this information have taken a great personal risk in order to bring such information to a largely deaf audience. This information is never published in mainstream news and any people that have cracked this corrupt system, that do win in courts, or are shut down before information is exposed, are never published in main stream news and sometimes receive the opposite coverage, being falsely portrayed as a crackpot or labelled as a sovereign citizen or domestic terrorist, when in fact, it is the foreign private corporate banking entity passing itself off as a government that is the real criminal in all ways. They tender a counterfeit government, being a crime.
I assume that internally, the police and government are becoming aware that some people are researching this fraud that has been perpetrated against the people of Australia by such foreign corporate banking governments and police passing themselves off as Australian, and such information now being exposed may be what is causing such turmoil within such counterfeit governments. Thanks to good people that have not acted like goons and have questioned and researched and not taken for granted, the lies and corruption of the so called Australian governments, that know the truth of what has been taking place since 1966, is now becoming recognized by more and more good Australian people. Australian police are no longer Australian, and if you are a citizen of their government, you are no longer Australian, you are a citizen of the District of Columbia, a foreign banking scam! and Corporate United States.
