Here is part 1 of 3 of a set of videos I’ve designed of simple exercises that can be done on a chair, for Senior/elderly people or those less mobile. As I have discussed on TV and radio, exercise is key during this lockdown period, not only to help us physically but mentally too. My free daily Instagram Live Workouts are suitable to all ages & levels but I wanted to provide something specific to those less mobile, to help keep them healthy and strong while they stay at home.
This first video is simple Warm Up exercises. I will then be posting a simple chair Workout & then Stretches. All can be done from the comfort of your chair while you stay safe at home. (These are also great movements for anyone that’s working from home or spending too much time on the sofa watching tv!)
