Defeating Royal Dreamer, a modded version of Markoth created by Sid to make the fight slightly more challenging. The music was done by Zaliant. Not only are the javelins faster but Markoth gains a few new attacks in place of his shield spin. There's also a lot more spikes everywhere and the platforms go away as the fight progresses. As a first kill, I'm overall happy with it. I did get a bit lucky with Markoth staying in one place to face tank with pogoing to make P3/P4 go pretty fast. Not my preferred means of winning, but a win is a win. There's a lot of things to keep track of and mistakes are so easy to make (besides the occasional javelin spawning in the direction you're going).
There are folks who have practiced this more than me and have radiant kills - and
I'm not sure if I'll push for radiant on this as there's a lot of practice needed to have it all come together. But it's a fun mod even if Markoth can be annoying and it might not have been the best thing to warmup to Hollow Knight with.
