SA Lockdown Day 4 | Tshwane to provide improved accommodation for the homeless

The City of Tshwane says it's making provision for improved accommodation for the homeless during the lockdown period.
Scores of homeless are being housed in tents at the Caledonian stadium and are threatening to leave.
