Strong and Flexible (Hatha Yoga) With Vanessa This yoga practice offers opportunities to hold postures while breathing deeply. This is a perfect entry point for new students - you will learn how to move through postures with confidence. For those with more experience - this class will show you ways to challenge your body and mind. Hatha Yoga uses physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques, and meditation with the goal of improving balance, alignment, strength and calming the mind. Connecting mind and body helps you manage your day, feeling resilient and energized.
