This series is specifically for anyone who spends a lot of time working at a desk or at a computer. Especially when working at a computer, it is really easy to take on a bad posture. Many people will recognize, that after 8 hours your body feels sore everywhere, especially your back, neck, shoulders. Maybe your fingers are cold and you have a headache.
One thing you can do to combat that is to take a ten minute break every hour to do these few exercises that I am showing you in this video. It will reset your posture, open your body up and be a great way to bring more oxygen back into your body. Which in turn will help you stay fresh, alert and make you more productive!
