This music can also be used to meditate to; similarly, find a quiet room, dim the lights, find a comfortable sitting/sleeping position and focus on your breathing. Breathe in and out slowly, relax your entire body and make sure you are not tense. Scan your body from head to toe, observe the sensations that your body is feeling at every part of you. Use this music to keep your focus on your breathing or on your work.
