It was brought to our attention that we were mentioned on Leo Laporte's show where a caller called Leo and was frustrated about his HP Spectre Laptop not charging or powering on having paid over $2000 for top of the line Spectre model. When customer called HP support, they required that he pay $100 before someone talks to him. HP Spectre laptops are very well known for this defect where the laptop suddenly fails or stops charging due to failed USBC power IC, voltage regulator, Mosfets or diodes. HP fails to recognize this problem and continue to ignore it. Having fixed allot of these laptops, We were mentioned on Leo Laporte's broadcast. I used to watch Leo Laporte back in the 90's on ZDTV and learned allot from him as a beginner. His show was called screen savers. Thanks to both the caller and Leo for the shout out.
