Chelsea DON'T NEED Kai Havertz! Does Lampard know where to play his record signing? | ESPN FC

ESPN FC’s Alexis Nunes, Kay Murray, Mark Ogden, Stewart Robson, Shaka Hislop and Tom Hamilton debate who has had the best transfer window in the Premier League. Ogden places Jose Mourinho's Tottenham Hotspur at the top after securing the return of Gareth Bale from Real Madrid, whilst also signing Pierre-Emile Højbjerg from Southampton, who impressed in Spurs' 6-1 win against Manchester United. The team agreed Chelsea have spent well, however Frank Lampard's record signing is one to watch for the wrong reasons according to Ogden. He believes that he isn't a player Chelsea needs and Havertz even brought comparisons of Mesut Ozil from Stewart Robson. Finally, Shaka Hislop praises the job that Mikel Arteta is doing at Arsenal and feels Thomas Partey is exactly the right player the team needed. Furthermore, he predicts Arsenal will finish in the top 4, above Chelsea.
