At Warrington hospital, staff are trying to maintain normal routines but as the infection rate rises, non-urgent treatment may not be possible as resources are diverted to deal with the outbreak.
Management will have to decide whether they can cope with the pandemic despite only just restoring services for patients after the first wave.
