COVID-19: Relief from some contractual obligations extended by at least another month

Businesses and people who are unable to fulfil contracts due to COVID-19 are set to get more reprieve. A "legal circuit breaker" that protects them in the event they cannot meet their legal obligations has been extended by at least another month.
