1 whole chicken
1tbs garlic paste
1tbs ginger paste
1tbs soya sauce
Salt to your desire
Oil to your desire
2 tbs Chicken tikka masala
1/2 cucumber
1/2 carrots for decorating taal
4 large size potatoes
Reddish to your requirement
5/6 egg
1/2 Pepsicum
2/3 tomatoes
Cloves/labanga to your desirable need
2/4 fresh medium size green/red chillie
Wash the whole chicken and with a clean cloth dry it. Then poke the chicken with a fork knife. Then put soya sauce and all curry and paste and salt and squash it and keep it for 4/5 hrs. Then grill the oven for 1 hour. Then cool down the chicken. Boil the potatoes and mash it and put a big plate and place the chicken in the middle and cover the chicken with the mash potatoes. Boil the egg and peel it. Cut the egg with knife and decorate it. Then get the reddish into sliced pieces and put it on top of chicken decoratively. With green/red chillie decorate the chicken. Put pilau rice into the empty edges of the plate. Put egg onto the plate and slice the cucumber into circle shapes and decorate the edges.
