How to Restrict Goods and Services of an International Trademark Registration: Renunciation WIPO’s Madrid System allows you to restrict the list of goods and services of an international trademark registration in three different ways: limitations, renunciations and cancellations.

In this tutorial, you’ll learn about renunciations – the abandonment of the effects of your international registration for all the goods and services in respect of some (but not all) of the designated Contracting Parties.
