For Dough
All purpose flour /Maida 3 cups
Salt 1 teaspoon
Oil 3 tablespoons
Carom seeds (Ajwain) 1 teaspoon
Water 1 cup or as required
Consistency Medium Soft
For Oil and Flour mixture
Oil 1/4 cup
Flour 1/2 cup
For Filling
Potatoes 6 small
Green peas 1/4 cup (boil)
Oil 2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Onion chopped 1 small
Green chillies 3 chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
Chat masala 1 tbsp
Oil for fry
