Slowly warm up on a cool morning - let's be intentionally attentive to our movement today! Namaste For this slow flow, grab a strap and your blocks. We will slowly warm up your body, and align your mind in the process.


Liability waiver: By taking any online yoga class, the participant understands that yoga includes physical movements, as well as an opportunity for relaxation and stress reduction. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. While yoga can provide me mental, physical, and spiritual health – it is not recommended or safe for all medical conditions. All participants have consulted with licensed medical/healthcare personnel prior to participation in any duo♥PT&YOGA, LLC classes - live online, recorded online, or face to face.
