Searching NYC for RARE Traditional Taiwanese Breakfast Foods (Fan Tuan and Dan Bing)

The traditional Taiwanese breakfast foods of Fan Tuan (Sticky Rice Roll) and Dan Bing (Egg Crepe) are extremely rare to find in local NYC restaurants. I manage to track down a restaurant in Manhattan's East Village to get my Taiwanese breakfast fix after 11 months.
