Fried buns stuffed with meat

so to make this recipe i used 2 pounds of cooking flower,1 table spoon of salt,half cup of warm water,2 table spoons of yeast and 1 table spoon of sugar. then i mixed it very well then i added it to the cooking flower after that i used 1.5L of warm water then i mixed the dough then i left it for 1 hour.then i used 1 cup of olive oil then i warmed it up.then i fried 2 onions and then i added 1 pound of ground beef.then i used 2 table spoons of salt and 1 table spoon of black pepper after that i let it cool down for 15 min .then i made flat bread from the dough.then i filled the flat bread with the mixture of ground beef and onions.then i fried the meat,onions and flat bread
