120th Airlift Wing Change of Command and Promotion Ceremony

Col. Trace Thomas will accept command of the wing from Col. Buel Dickson in a traditional military change of command ceremony presided over by the Adjutant General of the Montana National Guard, Maj. Gen. Matthew T. Quinn.

Following the change of command, Dickson will be promoted to Brig. Gen. He will be transferring to Joint Force Headquarters in Helena, Montana to assume command of the Montana Air National Guard.
